I gained weight eating late at night But the Rock eats 6 meals a day! I found eating once at night caused me to gain weight even though I ate less than 1800 a day! I saw a body builder who ate once a day doing cyclic fasting the rest of the day, he was ripped!

I do an exercise where I get on my hands and knees and lift my leg up and back or up and to the side. It's a great exercise for my not so smooth bottom , my bottom is much smoother and I'm much more toned.
