This is my point of view: for weight loss, you would eat at TDEE - x % ( -10% or -20%, it depends of your goal). In general, It is not important how many time you eat during the day, so choose what is confortable for your body. Anyway, it is better to distribute your calorie intake during the day.

I get headaches too. It happens when i eat below my BMR for 2 days or more. My solution: Binge ( one day a week ) , action to restore the reserves of my body sugars. Unfortunately, the brain can only metabolize glucose, and therefore lack of it, it is in pain. If it persists,I'd suggest a doctor's visit.

I am living in Italy, too. Start here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ calculate your MBR and TDEE. Track all your food and stay between MBR and TDEE. Please, you dont go under MBR because it is really dangerous.
