Picky Eater

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to dieting and I have a long way to go. My question is: what healthy foods can I eat if I'm sort of addicted to the fatty/junk foods? I'm REALLY picky when it comes to healthy foods and I need some ideas. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated!

    Do some research, you don't need to exclusively eat health foods to lose weight, you just need to be in a caloric deficit.
