Personally if I don't feel like eating, I just workout. That tends to provoke my appetite. Also drinking your calories is a great option.

Hey there, I'm 23, 5'4. I maintain at 2300 calories. When I work out, I have to eat around 2500-2600 calories.

Perfectly said.

Shoveled this morning. Then hit abs and legs, meaning plenty of squats. And cardio is everyday.

Anyone can add me as well.

I'd say have a second breakfast, like oatmeal or something else you like. Personally I either have fruit or plain rice cakes with peanut butter. Peanut butter takes a bit to digest I find, so that always works best for me.

I'm 5'4, 121lbs and an athlete. It really depends on you personally but I would say go for 125-130lbs. Also depends on your goals and what feels good on you.

I eat, sleep, and breathe working out. But on the contrary, I actually have a hard time eating enough sometimes.

It's really hard when you first begin something like this but once you get over this hump, it'll become so much easier. Everything will just become a habit, second nature. Stay tough!

Amazing job. Keep it up.

I had a similar issue when I changed how i ate last year. Because I cut out so much stuff I dropped weight extremely fast and was too skinny for awhile. So I had to eat at a surplus of 2600 calories. I had such a hard time because I wasn't used to eating so much. How I handled it was I basically forced myself to eat until…

I eat a cup of oats everyday with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, protein powder,a banana and almond milk. Usually blended into a shake.

Hey there. I'm 23, 120lbs. You can add me if you'd like :)

It doesn't matter if you workout on an empty stomach or not, depends on the person. There are no negative effects either way. I always do weights first then cardio, just my preference. Half the week I do slow cardio, the other half I do sprints.

I second that. You need a lifestyle change not diet. They never work. Eat things that you'll be able to continue eating for the rest of your life, good "clean" food. And once you have that figured, its all about calories in versus calories out. Good luck.

Hey there I know what you're going through. Happened to me last year as well. I completely changed my diet which worked almost too well to lose those last few pounds. This was before I knew the better way of doing things. If you need help I'd suggest lowering your calorie intake a bit first and see how that works.

You can do anything you put your mind to. Good luck on your journey. 100% support
