THIS for me! It's hard to make time for myself even though I know my kids do not need me as much as I think they do. They are older now, 8 and 14, so it's a little easier but I still feel guilty after working all day and then hitting the gym. I just need to take "working all day" out of the equation. :wink:

Right now I weigh 182.5. My pants range anywhere from a 12 to a 16 depending on the store. Most 16s are loose though. Shirts are usually a L, sometimes an XL, again depending on the store. I'm 5'2 and a half. :)

I think it really depends on the gym that you go to. Each gym has a different feel to it for everybody. You have to find one that you feel best at if you choose to go to a gym at all. I've done a short one, which was my first, this past April. It was a blast! I'm actually doing another in September with the company I work for called Beach Raid. I'm definitely not fast at it but it's so fun just to finish! :)

Are you rewarding yourself with food? Try using something else as a reward. Something you'd enjoy, like a mani/pedi, massage, new shoes. Anything! :) But I totally understand where you are coming from. Hang in there!
