Cant get out of a specific weight range!

Hey there, so I've read some posts related to this.. but I cant seem to get out of the 240 range, and when I get to 240 I am so excited because its just one more pound to get out of it but then I get off track again. Its almost like I reward myself for getting there but then fall off. So I really have double issues here - 1) getting out of the 240 range and 2) rewarding myself when I get so close
How do you bust through a brick wall?

Are you rewarding yourself with food? Try using something else as a reward. Something you'd enjoy, like a mani/pedi, massage, new shoes. Anything!
But I totally understand where you are coming from. Hang in there!0 -
Oh that is true! good idea! Thanks0
