  • I can't wait to get it! Reviews are overall pretty good. I'm always left wondering about my time on the elliptical... The machine says I burn over 400 (based on resistance settings) and there's no way to change that with the way it's set up in MFP. Thanks for the comment!

  • If you've been exercising regularly and are doing the same routine, switch things up a bit (interval, sprint, etc) to shock your system. There are also things you've probably never tried before in the gym (if you go) so give those machines a whirl. Also, trying new things may make a difference. Try kayaking, rollerblading,…
