  • I understand where you are coming from. My progress has been slow because I don't control myself very well on the weekend. It might help to schedule out your meals through the week including the weekend. Having the meal schedule on our fridge has helped me not to cheat. Hang in there!

  • Thanks for sharing your story. I'm not working on my doctorate at the moment but I am trying to juggle working full-time, pastoring a church, and being a good parent to my 6 mo old. I am struggling to find time and motivation to begin working out again and eating healthy. I'll be praying for you friend.
