One serving of this is 2 TBS unpopped which equates to 5.5 Cups once popped (which equals 190 calories). There are 2.5 servings per bag, so approximately 6 TBS unpopped and 13.75 cups once popped, for a total of approximately 475 calories for the whole bag. Divide the 475 by the 13.75 to get the 35 calories per CUP. The…

I don't really have anything to add but I'm interested in hearing other people's thoughts on this.

Wow...really....thanks everyone! You've made feel so much better about buying this dress! It is just so different from how I see myself that I wasn't sure about it. I actually tried it on yesterday and left the store without it. I went back this morning and told myself if it was still there I would buy it....so I did. I am…

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the encouragement. Its just not how I usually dress and it is a little snug. I was afraid it was one of those "looks better in the store" items. I have no clue where or when I will wear it but you've convinced me to keep it (though I can't quite bring myself to cut the tags off just…

What did you do to make them show up?

Anyone know how to make the pictures show in the post? I must have done something wrong :(

I would love to hear how you like it. I am still practicing much of what I learned there. ENJOY!!!

It is VERY expensive...check out their website for current prices. I went Thursday to Sunday and got 25% off for being a first time guest. You can also stay for just week nights, they have a very flexible schedule. Its education, losing weight, trying new things. Truly it was one of the most memorable 4 days of my life.…

Take every single class you can squeeze into your day and use the after dinner hours for the relaxing stuff like massages, facials, etc. The food is phenomenal, I bought the cook book and use the recipes often. Explore the daily schedule ahead of time so you can plan your days. There is just so much to do! ENJOY your saty!

Cathy...Just like Kerrin I could have written this post myself, the numbers are different but the struggles and emotions are the same. I can't seem to get the eating under control and the clothes are indeed getting more snug. I also feel like a failure for having gained some of the weight back. I have not fully updated my…

I must be missing something because I don't understand how you're not getting even close to 10,000 steps if you are running 3 to 4 miles? 10,000 steps is approximately 5 miles so your run should get you more than half way there. What are you using to measure your steps? Is the stride setting correct?

There are a few foods where I seem to have no control. The easiest thing for me is to just not have them in the house. I am working hard to find a way to have better control but it is a struggle!

The 1693 came from the IIFYM site, using the Mifflin St Jeor. Scooby gave me 1942. I am a 50 y/o female, 5'3" tall and weighed 125 last I checked. I exercise 5 days per week at the gym so that's what I selected for that option. My lowest weight was 115, which I maintained for a while, then hit 118 and stayed there a couple…

Thanks all! To clarify....I already have a HRM, Polar FT4. I'm trying to decide if a fitbit would be better for me once I am back in maintenance. Also, the calculators for TDEE do vary greatly. I used the same inputs at 8 different calculator sites and got results as low as 1693 and as high as 1959. To me that is a big…

Plan to follow this later :)

What method to calculate your TDEE did you use? There are multiple calculators out there and there are big differences in the results.

Gonna try this for sure! Thanks for posting.

I am 5'3" tall. 115 was never my goal its just where my weight loss stopped so I figured that's where my body wanted to be. I maintained between 115 and 117 for about 2 years then things went a little wonky with me. Most people think I looked better at 120 than 115 but I felt better at 115. I will see how it goes with the…

Thanks. Its a real struggle but I am hoping that changing things up works for me. Today was a good day both eating wise and exercise wise. So I will go to bed tonight feeling like I did things right. I like that feeling :) Wishing you the best too!
