goggle a health site or a couple of them to find out exactly what you should do. Your Dr should be setting you up to see a specialist on diabetes.

Last couple of days I have rode a total of 18 miles injust under 2 hours. Lots of hills and today it was against a strong wind going one way. Average speed 12 MPH and top speed 25.20 MPH.

Great ride today, we went for a 9.16 Miles ( 14.75 km) in 50 min. Average speed 10.98 MPH to 24.83 MPH. Can't get my ticker to download, What am I doing wrong ????????

OK, were do I get that ticker.???? July 2nd 50 min don't have my MPH or distance exactly. I think it was around 7 miles I have a odometer on my bike so I will now record it on here from now on.

My stats are age 62, wt 203, height 5.6" I bike, walk and garden every day and burn 300-600 calories. For instance it is today a 7.50 mil bike ride for 50 mins and up and down many hills. MY HRM is in getting fixed so I am going by what MFP says I burnt. Yesteday we bike for 45 min and walked in the evening for 35 min.,…

I only workout at home. We live in the country and to far to go and it is too expensive for my budget as well. I walk almost everyday, I have a home gym and use it about 3 time a week and I have DVD's. So you just have to motivate yourself to do it.

Hi, I don't wait until one special night. If I want a treat (ice cream-cookie etc) I have it during the week and just log it. That way Friday night is no different than any other night. Today is Tuesday and I got my planks in early. 2 knee planks 1 - 30 sec and 1 - 15 sec 1 regular plank 30 sec.

Not a great day for planks. I did a 10 km bike ride, some strenght training and by the end I couldn't do planks. i did do the knee plank for 40 min. But the regular plank only for 25 seconds. Tried a side plank and held only for 10 sec. Tomorrow is another day.

Sunday, yesterday I was not feeling well but pretty good today. Tonight before bed I did my planks. I am improving. Today I did... knee planks 90 min full plank 40 min That is an improvement from the first time.

I can't have it in my house, because that is my "Go To" food when I want something really good and I don't just have a liltle. Of course you need something to put it on so in comes bread, crackers etc etc. So more calories there. I just don't eat it.
