I have sleep apnea too. I also wear a full face mask and since using it Im not as sleepy anymore, Its not affecting my weight though.

I like walking outside too but I wouldnt say Im getting addicted but it is the workout I prefer over all of the others you can choose from.

I carry my weight in 3 areas of my body, My butt,my stomach and my thign's (im not sure if thign's is spelled right, Sorry if its not, I hope everyone knows what I mean though)
