How often does everyone get weighed?

every day
I love the fluctuations and working out why0 -
I weigh daily but only log weekly on Sunday morning (occasionally I'll add in another day). I like seeing the fluctuations. As my weight has consistently gone down, so have my fluctuations. My "higher" weight has trended down with my lower weight. It's cool to watch
This is mostly me as well (except I log my weekly weight on Thursdays). I have an app on my phone where I do log the daily weight so it's not interfering with my weekly weigh-ins on here. In the past, I've found that I am much more confident and consistent in my loss when I weigh daily - the fluctuations don't bother me.

I weigh daily. It helps me see patterns and helps me avoid "number creep".0

I weigh everyday and log it on a weight tracking app so that when there are fluctuations I can still see if there is a downward trend, makes me worry less about the ups and downs. I log my weight every weekend on MFP as well.
I do the same. I take the average of the 7 days and log it on MFP every Sunday.

Just once a week - Sunday mornings. I don't want to be bothered by the daily fluctuations which are normal, but will make you crazy.0

Every day, and I track my fluctuations. I log my weight on here usually once a week.0

I never weigh myself. But I get weighed once every two years as part of a general health check (a legal requirement for working people in this country).0

I like to see my fluctuations due to my various types of workout but I only weigh myself once a week.0
-
Every Sunday on the scale at the gym. It calculates everything from weight to Body Mass and Fat Percentage. I then log it on MFP on the same day.0
-
Every morning but I don't agonize over the .1 or .2 fluctuations. If I have gone more than 300 calories over my goal I wait 2 or 3 days back on track to weigh myself.0

Once a week for my "official" weigh in, but I also weigh in almost daily to see the fluctuations. The fluctuations actually give me motivation to push harder.0

I weigh every day. Its a little daunting and I think I'm slave to the scale lol
I record it everyday in MFP and I like to see the trend.
62.5lbs in 181 days! Woot!0 -
well my plan was to weigh in only 1 day of the month ... but as of now iam weighing myself everyday .0

Every third night or so and defiantly every Thursday night.0

Generally once every 3-4 days. My official weigh in day is Saturday morning, but I like to spot check once earlier in the week just in case I have a high fluctuation Saturday morning to feel better about things if I'm up a bit.0

What app do you guys like/use to track your daily weigh ins?0

I like stepping on the scale and seeing how it fluctuates during the day, it's fun to me, so I step on it almost every time I use the bathroom in my house. But I only record the first weigh-in after I wake up.0

I mentally can't handle weighing myself everyday... I have to do it once a week. I wish I could do it everyday because I would like to see what happens... But I would get discouraged seeing the up days.0

I do it every day to hold myself accountable
but I just look for the trends. preferably a downward one. really I don't worry too much over a lbs or two, but I do find it motivating if I am stuck or seeing the scale go up more than down
I just use the tracker here to monitor0 -
Twice a week, but log it in once.0
-
I weigh every 3 days0
-
Every morning as soon as I wake up. I used to do it every week and found that I would gain weight if I didn't do it daily. I also record it daily to see the fluctuations.0

Daily at 4:30 AM and the scale logs / syncs accounts. I can't hide my activity from anyone0
-
Once a week, in the morning on Sunday. Probably the worst time for me to do it, since I cheat a little on Saturdays.0

Every morning.0

Daily. I'm beginning to see a trend in the fluctuations. My fluctuations show a slight increase on work-days, and it drops again over the weekend. This shows me that I'm finely balanced (please pardon the pun). Any disturbance shows up only a few days later on the scale... I noticed that recently, and am watching out for it.0

I weigh myself once a week.0
