I always send out a reminder to the area I work in, letting everyone know I"m gone. I think its just nice to know when someone isn't here.

I'm from Canada too, Manitoba and our province will pay with doctor's recommendation for health reasons. My doctor has already made note of my highest weight (which by the way was way more than I when I started here) and said we'll talk when I get down to where I want to be. I've heard of a few others that have it covered…

My advice to you is to break it down in small sections. My goals were 25 lbs, then another. I'm down 85 now.. The thought of loosing 100 was a bit over whelming for me.

I have the fitbit zip. $60. I use it for motivation also. If that's all then you don't need to spend 100 because you'll get things you'll never use. I clip it underwear band instead bra. It's also a lot smaller than the other ones

I work out regularly but it seems everyone seems to caution about the intensity of the work outs. Sedentary doesn't always meaning sitting around, it just means, not super intense. That's why I'm sedentary. I work out but not as intense as others I think.

I trying to get the weight loss moving again but MFP was giving me 1300 calories and I am earning back anywhere from 200 to 800 calories through HRM and/or fitbit. It gets so confusing. I thought if I just used TDDE then I wouldn't have to worry.

So agree - stay away from Dr. Oz. I've lost 70 lbs by changing my diet and exercising. I still eat things like pizza or french fries but eat alot more healthy and eat in moderation things like pizza or french fries etc.

I had mini rewards for each goal, but I have leather jacket that is a size 28 and quite big on me right now. I am going to buy myself and sexy hot leather jacket when I hit my goal
