I enjoy eatting Keto. I can totally see why people choose this as a lifestyle. I don't want to eat carbs! For the first two weeks I defiantly had the "Keto flu". I don't feel sick now, just lazy. Maybe I should just start drinking more coffee and hope this passes. Thank you for your input. :)

Thank you. Good luck to you too. Yes, I weigh everything! And just to be clear when you all say to eat back half the calories burned, does that mean to eat till my Net calories are back at 1200??

Thank you for the advice. I do strength training twice a week. Just at home with my little 5 lb dumbbells along with squats and lunges. I can already feel a difference.

I did 30 minutes of cardio then went for a walk. Which is all up and down hill. I'm gonna eat my workout calories back for today and see how I feel. Thank you all for your responses. I appreciate it :)

Thank you for commenting so quickly. I do use a heart rate monitor for my workouts. I'm a stay at home mom. So I do 20-30 minutes of cardio in my living room 5x a week and take my daughter for a walk around the block in her stroller once a day. Today i burned 435 doing so. I don't have a problem with calories. It's just the sugar that gets to me. If I have one cup of 2% milk and two fruits.. I'm already over my limit. That's why I was happy when I saw that blueberries had no sugar. But that was very wrong. I need more snacks that have zero to no sugar. Thanks you for your comments though :)

Yes, I weigh 202. I had my meals planed out for the whole day but now my sister is in town and I'm tempted to have a few more glasses of wine. :) but i don't want my workout this morning to have been for nothing.
