does grilling chicken change the nutrition?

Okay, I've been searching the food database for over an hour and I can not find what I am looking for. I like to plan my meals a day in advance (usually once my newborn has fallen asleep). I am looking for homemade chicken grilled on the outside BBQ pit. I usually only eat the leg. With skin, no sauce. Any suggestions how I would get accurate nutrition info on that? All comments appreciated.
