Walked the dogs for 2.2 miles. Yay for my legs and for my dogs! They tend to poop out quickly. Total 4.45 miles

Aaah, Monday. My spin class day. Wish those bikes would track the miles. 50 minutes or fast riding and the sweat was literally dripping off me! My legs are protesting running on Sunday and biking this morning though. Think I'll show them who's boss and take the dogs for a walk!

Ok, didn't keep up with logging last week, but didn't do too badly. Ended up with about 10 miles. Ran on Thursday because my hamstring felt so much better and turned my ankle! Can't win for losing. Biked today (again no idea how far I went) but tomorrow is a run day if my leg can take it so i'll log some miles then.

An injured hamstring has kept me out of the running (quite literally ) for a few weeks now, but I'm back. Taking it slow and easy so I don't plan on getting 15 miles in, but I'll do what my leg can handle. Monday ~ 1.6 miles

So last week was a rough week. I did end up doing the hike yesterday which I never got posted, but I'm really feeling it in my calves today. 9.5 miles is a long way to walk up and down hills!! Hopefully, this week will be better though with me actually dragging myself out of bed in the mornings to go work out.

So irritating walking two dogs who like to pull on their leashes and trying to hold back the sleeve of a coat while attempting to check heartrate on an HRM in the dark...GRRRRRRR! Somehow accomplished a 2 mile walk which makes today's total 3.8 Total ~ 11.55

Hi, I'm Heather. I ran my first 5K in the fall. Then the end of the term came along and I didn't do much until after the holidays. Now I'm running and swimming in the mornings. Gave myself a free pass from Thanksgiving on. Gained around 8 pounds, but 3 are gone already since I got back to swimming and running last week.
