Hello everyone, My butterfly challenge update: i have completed 200 mins of my challenge and i have 100 mins left to do. It's very hard but i'm sure i will make it. everyone is doing a great job!

same here,I take multi-vitamins daily and drink green tea to losen my bowels and personnally I don't like the idea of taking pills to lose weights because once you stop the weight will all come back at once. it's always better to lose weight slowly and healthily.

hi,it's medically advice to weight yourself in the morning before your breakfast if you want and you can go to the loo as well.so i think the 10pounds may be accurate. well done!!

hi,I don't enjoy running or jogging but I do enjoy swimming and I burn around 700 calories an hour(breaststroke) and I swim for 2 hrs a week and hopefully I will start to see some results soon. my advice is to do any exercise that you enjoy. keep it up!
