I'm sure people have asking this before on here, but I was really curious to see some experiences with any diet supplements.
I always hear people say "oh my friend used it and it worked" or "a friend of a friend lost 20 lbs!" but odds are we don't know the whole story.
So, if you have ever used ANY type of diet supplement, please tell your story here! I'd love to hear first-hand experiences, whether it be diet pills, slim quick type drinks/sprays, or even this hCG1234 I keep seeings ads about on my sidebar.

Hi,
on previous diet regime(failed of course),i used supplements like fat burner and once i stopped exercising and dieting it came at once and believe it's nasty and brutal.
This time i am doing it my way, exercising, reducing cals and controlling every thing that goes into my mouth and i think it's the best way.i honestly don't understand why i didnt think of it previously.i'm eating small portion and healthily and i have a network of supports that is amazing through people on this site.Taking supplements might work for some but definetely for everyone. For some, once you stop it's back to square one and financially it's costing too.
So my answer will be DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!! Teach your body what is right and tell your mind that you are still the Master of your Body.No Pain No Gain0 -
They don't work, I wish they did as I have purchased every single one on the market. I really think that when I bought them I would start a regular healthy diet too and the weight loss I saw was from my hard work, not the pill I was taking. For some people I think diet supplements have a placebo effect0

Loads of different types and only chance they'll work is with a sensible diet and exercise. If you lose too much weight too quickly or don't combine it with life style changes the weight comes straight back.
Here's the kicker, if you diet and exercise properly you'll lose weight so you shouldn't really need then. The exception is stubborn fat, that's so hard to lose so a bit of help is always0 -
My parents used to use diet supplements back when I was younger. They were both very successful. I remember my mom at 5'11", always at least 250+ even got down to a size 7. But one day, my dad had several heart attacks and died. He was 37. My mom stopped taking them immediately. She had to raise three kids by herself, under the poverty line. Bc of those damn pills. And for that reason, I'm doing it the old fashioned way.
Oh, and the drs. said it was bc of those pills that made him die. It was basically doing to his heart what cocaine would.0 -
I used QuickTrim 14-day Burn and Cleanse.
It worked for a while, but then I started getting sick and throwing up, especially after taking the cleanse pills.
Nice kick start for my weight loss journey though.0
