Hello, I’m relatively new to the site. I was wondering how people feel about weight loss supplements. I take the essential vitamins and minerals. Do people use or recommend any of the “fat burners” or “appetite suppressants”?

    Just a plain old daily multi-vitamin here. Everything else is at best a waste of your money and at worst risking your health while it wastes your money.

    same here,I take multi-vitamins daily and drink green tea to losen my bowels and personnally I don't like the idea of taking pills to lose weights because once you stop the weight will all come back at once. it's always better to lose weight slowly and healthily.

    I don't recommend weight loss supplements, don't believe that there's a shortcut to losing weight and keeping it off. I just take NewChapter Organics Woman's One Daily Multivitamin and Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega-D3 since I'm also Vitamin D3 deficient. I also take 500mg Vitamin C and 25mg of Zinc during the flu seasons as my doctor had instructed. :)
