I've been doing P90X! :) So I follow my schedule like it tells me.

I would see a doctor. Personally when my EIA acted up, before I got my inhaler, I would get coughing fits and physically couldn't push myself any harder because breathing had become so difficult. You should go get checked out, it's better to be safe than sorry if you do have EIA.

My vent: My younger brother. I understand that he dosent want to think about weight lose but it's challenging to have him sit on the couch eating chocolate chip cookies while I work my butt off to videos!!! Grrrrrr.

Today I waited to get home and eat my healthy lunch as opposed to buying a slice of pizza. I worked out and really tried to focus on working hard. :)
