Hey everyone!

Happy Tuesday. I realized a few weeks ago, I spend a lot of time thinking about what I could have done better with my nutirion and execrcise and NOT ENOUGH time celebrating what I did right!

So I am going to share what went well today...SHARE YOURS TOO!

1. Ate a healthy breakfast
2. Ate a healthy lunch
3. Lots of fruit, and whole grains today!
4. Ate dried fruit instead of candy.
5. Walked around A TON today at work and took the stairs not the elevators!
6. RESISTED weighing myself today and instead chose to be happy with how my clothes fit!

    4. Took two HUGE garbage bags of clothes to a donation center for two families who lost their homes to fire last week
    5. Made progress on packing my bags for my visit with my sister.
    6. Cleaned my MESSY house!
  • Woke up with the right mind set about the day.
    Getting ready to exercise.
    Did some cleaning.
    Planning out my meals for the rest of the day.
    Have a mindset to succeed!

    1. On track to be under calories for the day
    2. Entire house cleaned (dusted, swept, bathroom, laundry, etc.) by noon
    3. Treadmill routine done
    4. Shower & fixed my hair the way my hubby likes it.
    5. Supper started (homemade chicken noodle soup)
    6. Plan to walk the treadmill during Biggest Loser tonight

    It's been a good day!

    More cardio before bed

  • 1. i resisted to step on the scale this morning!
    2. i made myself exercise and enjoyed it.
    3. I kept telling myself i can do this! :)
    4. i kept my food under control!

    I am on track to be under my calories for the day.
    I had a healthy lunch.
    I haven't "cheated" today by eating something I shouldn't (even though I am craving chocolate horribly).
    Looking forward to my workout tonight since I didn't do it this morning.
    Getting my steps in for the day.
    On my 5th glass of water today, only 2 or 3 more to go.
  • I went out to lunch, but chose the healthy choise
    I am going to the Y tonight and running on the treadmill
    I have taken the stairs as often as I can (rather than the elevators)
    I'm feeling positive about my life & my health!

    I ate a healthy lunch at lunchtime!! (A challenge for me in my job)
    Rescued a colleague from the class from hell and did her lesson for her.
    I went to the gym and ran for the longest I've run for over 10 years!

    Ate breakfast even though I had NO desire to eat this morning.
    Fit into a shirt that used to show all my rolls.
    Didn't get mad at myself for getting a coffee with real cream... at least I only had 1 cream and sweetener
    Resisted my urge to step on the scale this morning to see if I've made it under 200lbs yet.

    I logged back into myfitnesspal after 10 months of NOT logging in!!
  • Today I waited to get home and eat my healthy lunch as opposed to buying a slice of pizza. I worked out and really tried to focus on working hard. :)
