i LOVE crossfit. And the trainers will definitely help keep you motivated. I don't think it's a fad by any means. It has worked for me amazingly and I started in June. it took ONE minor running injury that set me back for months, even years, I needed assistance to get back and forth to my car, couldn't go up the stairs. EVERY form of exercise has some risks, get off of the crossfit bashing. that's all you do on here

quinoa stays for a while once prepared in the fridge, it's delicious if you cook it in broth instead of water. It's filling for a good, hearty/healthy side!

I'm 5'4" but have a very muscular build naturally, so 120 lbs makes me look like skeletor. My goal is 150, but I know anything less than that and i would be losing a significant amount of muscle tone.

Scales on carpet never get an accurate weight. Weigh yourself at the same time, same scale, same clothes (or lack thereof) to get accurate readings. Preferably in the morning, before breakfast, after you use the restroom.

You know, I haven't. But I'm not worried about that. Whenever my form is wrong, they immediately stop me and correct it. Whenever my asthma starts getting funky, they sit with me while my inhaler kicks in. I think you've just been burned by a bad trainer and are bad mouthing the activity as a whole. I disagree, because weight isn't a good indicator for me. I have a muscular build so i look like a weigh a whole hell of a lot less than I actually do

What activity isn't dangerious to an extent? Runners drop dead all the time. If your doctor has cleared you for exercise, then you're fine

DDD here, and the best sports bra I have been able to find is always Under Armour

I just take a water bottle, my phone with head phones and my inhaler. I shower at home. Not much else needed for crossfit.

I'll just admit it, I love strip clubs and strippers. I think It's a fun thing to do, and even more fun if you're in a relationship and bring your significant other. Couples lap dances are fun, and sexy!

Here's me. 200 lbs of pure confidence. I'm going to get down to 150 or 18% body fat, whichever looks better in my goal pants. You'll never see me shame anyone. Every person has beautiful features. Everyone else can go suck.... something unpleasent.
