  • I agree with Petithamu. I started the shred 20 days ago and in the second week I started losing weight. I lost 3 lbs in a week. During the first set of 10 days I lost quite a few inches but no weight. 2 set of 10 days I lost 3 lbs and not quite so many inches. so it seems to be normal.

  • my measurements: Waist: 36 (-2.5 inches in 10 days) Hips: 46.5 (1.5 inches in 10 days) Thighs: 24 (-4.0 inches in 10 days) Arms: 13 (-1.5 inches in 10 days) Calves: 15.5 (-2.5 inches in 10 days) Also the largest part of my stomach has lost about 2-4 inches too!! I am happy with these results :)
