It's also going to depends on the speed you are jogging and the incline or the speed/program you are doing on the elliptical. If you have a heart rate monitor compare both workout going at your preferred pace. If you dont have one, I guess you could put the same settings in to both machines and compare the calories burned…

I would go with what the HRM says. Next week when you do the same workout, compare it to today. There is the possibility that it was off today but there is also that possibility for plyo or any other day. So just do with the flow, if you are concerned about eating back too many calories today then maybe not eat them all…

I dislike cottage cheese with a passion. However, I find it stomachable when I buy the low fat small curd cottage cheese and frozen strawberries. I partially defrost the strawberries put then in the food processor then add the cottage cheese. It gets rid of the curds and is best eaten when the berries are still super cold.

Often times people dont say anything because it can be misconstrued so easily. Alot of people, regardless of their weight, are uncomfortable talking about weight. As others noticed, sometimes people see you so often that they dont really notice. I'll give you a high five though, good job :smile:
