Hi there! I've just came across the blog post about Diastasis and saw that I have a little separation. As I've read - you shouldn't do crunches, sit-ups or planks - they will make it even worse.

Totally agree with everyone, also started with 30DS and after couple days of level 2 added Killer buns and thighs (hopefully will do that twice a week while doing 30DS 6 times. 30DS seems pretty easy after Buns and thighs =))) And seen comments on other videos that they are pretty tough.

At home I always working out barefoot. In the gym or outside I put shoes on. But once I had to walk home 2km barefoot.

I really like them. Wasabi once seem too spicy for me (but that way I drink more and won't eat the whole pack). But does anybody knows how much iodine is in there? I've noticed that there are 27 mins on the video, so warm up and clam down doesn't count as calorie burn?
