Make sure you're choosing foods that are filling but with a low calorie density, such as whole grain (brown) pasta, rice and bread. Bulk out chiilis, casseroles and pasta sauces with loads of veg so you can eat lots for fewer calories

Hey, Me too! I lost 26lbs with the noom app between Nov and Jan, but haven't lost a single pound since then. Decided to change to MFP and it seems to have worked at kicking me back into action!
