Any suggestions on working out and training for a marathon while trying to cut calories? I never seem to get full at night.

Make sure you're choosing foods that are filling but with a low calorie density, such as whole grain (brown) pasta, rice and bread. Bulk out chiilis, casseroles and pasta sauces with loads of veg so you can eat lots for fewer calories0

But wait, I might be crazy, but training for a marathon is not really the best time to cut calories! It takes a LOT to fuel your activity!0
