  • Well the soon to be "ex" decided to stay in Wisconsin and dump My a**, so now I want to lose weight.....:huh:
  • Well not so good. Am about 220 and holding and the Wife took an out of State job so the diet is not going so well.
  • Well I have stayed at 207 for a few months, the summer has got the best of Me, beer, not sticking to My diet well enough, and back problems kept Me from walking for a while but now I just got out of the habit and have to get back on track... My birthday in November I want to be below that 200 pound mark......
  • I started calorie counting in January and have lost 42 lbs. but I have hit the wall again too. Hot weather, beer, and summer food have taken their toll, no weight gain, but no loss. Hang in there....YOU CAN DOOOOO IT!!!
  • As of this morning I finally lost 8 more lbs. putting Me at 212...about half way to My goal.
  • Was supposed to weigh in this morning, but I forgot and ate breakfast. Well it's the Wife's day off, so the calories may climb a bit today lol, but will remember to jump on the scale tomorrow. Thanks for all the encouragement. Kim
  • If You have a smart phone You can use the MyFitnessPal app., Or look for restaurants like applebee's with low calorie items on the menu.
  • 6-1 Minnesota Boy, lost 30 lbs. since January. Ive hit some flat spots where the scale just stays in one spot, but keep trying it comes off eventually!
  • I had been losing 5-10 lbs. every two weeks, so when I weighted in Monday and had only lost 3 lbs. it was a bit disappointing. But in the big picture, I have lost 28 lbs. since Jan. 3rd so I am doing well and My cloths are getting baggy.
