I'm a 5'6 and my "18 year old bikini body" was 145-150lbs. I look back on pictures and I do look VERY thin! At my age now, my goal is in that range but not that thin.

I started this in January. Believe it or not, I'm not a big fan of food. I have my moments (don't get me wrong) but I do have to make myself eat. My doctor told me to try to have a 300 to 400 cal deficit each day (when working out) I am torn between doctors orders and MFP at times. :(

My doctor told me it was a big fat NO on diet soda. If I need "caffine" she told me to drink a small cup of coffee or unsweet iced tea. The carbonation is bad.

Well, don't start drinking Pepsi again no matter what you do.
