I view peoples food diaries so I can see how other people eat and get ideas of different things to eat. If you have a good food diary and are supportive please add me.
I average 1200 calories a day. I work out and usually take a bit of a deficit. So i'm not (yet) pushing piles of food in my mouth all day to drop weight. It does not work for me.

I am averaging 1150 right now. I don't look for low calorie foods to bulk my diet, either. I am not a frequent eater. So, I don't have great, low calorie ides. I do some but I'll also get 85% of my calories in one meal sometimes.0 -
I net 1400 a day normally, could also do with some more friends.0
