Need Advice!
13lbs and seem to be stuck already!!!!!!!!!! I do on average 400 calories on the elliptical 3 times a week (30min) and 30 min of strength training. Do I need to do more? I meet my caloric intake and usually have a small deficit if any. Any advice I will take!!!

Omega 3 Deficiency?
I have been seeing my female doctor and she told me that my Omega 3 levels were very low. I am now on 1500MG of Fish oil a day.
