August 2014 Me: 2 Binge: 0 Today I went and finally got a food scale, and also went out for dinner but didnt go over my calories thanks to pre planning and my exercise calories! It was a good day!

I suffer from frequent bingeing... The trick is to NOT get in the habit of restricting yourself for the next few days. Work in a small workout tonight, if possible. I find if I over restrict, it leads to yo-yoing... a VERY BAD HABIT. Just forgive yourself, and keep motoring on!

Today I'm proud of myself for not snacking on the chocolate chips while baking. It doesn't seem like a lot but I tend to rack up a few extra hundred calories whenever I do that!

I find that if I limit myself from eating the foods I love, I binge. If I really want to eat some cookies (which happens... quite frequently), I find a way to burn them off by doing some exercise. It gets me off my butt and distracted too

I always binge when I'm feeling too limited. Sometimes I say: "No processed food all week!", just to try and whip myself back into shape and get on track, and on day 5 I find myself binging on... you guessed it, processed food. I make sure that I'm happy with what I'm eating, while still eating within my limit. One treat…

Just try to rationalize it and think about the big picture. If you're 100 calories over for one day, you're not going to gain a ton of weight !!! In a few days, that 100 calories won't even matter. Just keep telling yourself that your efforts aren't pointless if you're only a little over! Good luck!
