Tomorrow will be a long dog walk for starters, then heavy duty sanding of floorboards (not looking forward to it) but it’s got to burn some calories right? Hope…

Daily post Track: Yes Calories: No 25 Cals over Exercise: Yes Ok so I was a little over my cals but I did do 16,436 steps so I don’t think it will make too much impact. According to my Fitbit I burned 2,865 calories today. All in all a better day than yesterday 👍

Evening everyone getting my daily post in. Track: yes Calories: yes Exercise: yes. 1 hour of dog walking and 1 hour of housework including hoovering whole house, although I only logged the dog walk. I’m trying to up my exercise so that’s my goal for this whole month. I’ve lost 12lb in the last month if I can do that again…
