Ok so I was a little over my cals but I did do 16,436 steps so I don’t think it will make too much impact. According to my Fitbit I burned 2,865 calories today. All in all a better day than yesterday 👍2 -

Was very busy at work today also plenty of steps. Tomorrow will be a long dog walk for starters, then heavy duty sanding of floorboards (not looking forward to it) but it’s got to burn some calories right?
