    Goals/Day/Comments: beautiful sunny day again and added an extra block to my walk for another 10 minutes of exercise

    For those of you with pups, please post a photo. My husband and I foster for Schnauzer Love Rescue and we currently have Nikki, a beautiful 10-month-old. She's been a great motivator for getting my walks in each day. She loves it and sits by the door after breakfast each day to remind me we have to walk.

    So I didn’t do any exclusive exercise BUT I was busy at work lots of up and down stairs and I did over 15,000 steps so...not nothing lol.
