    Ok so I was a little over my cals but I did do 16,436 steps so I don’t think it will make too much impact. According to my Fitbit I burned 2,865 calories today. All in all a better day than yesterday 👍

    Ugh it’s the booze. This upcoming week I’m going to skip the beer/mixed drinks/ and nightly snacks. It’s obvious it’s not helping me.

    Was hoping for 2lbs but I'll take it. My goal for March is to get off the 8lbs I regained recently, lofty but doable. I'm seeing lots of big losses this week, great work team keep it up!

    Was very busy at work today also plenty of steps. Tomorrow will be a long dog walk for starters, then heavy duty sanding of floorboards (not looking forward to it) but it’s got to burn some calories right?
