I had a good week in terms of workouts, I actually think my weight will drop a little more by tomorrow because I hit the weights yesterday. Work has been very stressful lately and there's more to come this month. I'm trying not to turn to huge bags of sugary snacks to cope but its been tempting. Hope everyone has a great weekend!4 -
