    Day/Goals/Comments: This week had been tough because it is “that time”. Probably not going to be a good week on the scale even though I have stayed under all week and done some exercise every day.

    I've had a tough week. Between music festival and school conferences, I've let everything go. I think I even lost my streak on mfp. So starting again today.

    I had a good week in terms of workouts, I actually think my weight will drop a little more by tomorrow because I hit the weights yesterday. Work has been very stressful lately and there's more to come this month. I'm trying not to turn to huge bags of sugary snacks to cope but its been tempting. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
