I don't eat mainly carbs. I have protein as well. I have a protein shake in the morning and have either a bean based or tofu based protein at dinner and lunch.

I'm 5'10 and weigh 147. I want to be 140. You have to go with what makes you feel good within your healthy BMI. Frames matter and so does height. My lowest adult weight is 132 and I was a walking skeleton. Not good. 120 is for people who are much shorter than us. <3

I am seriously bigger physically than I have ever been. All of my clothes are tight. I would have been happy to lose a pound a week or even less if it kept coming off. I have opened my diary for public viewing so hopefully someone can shed some light on why I am not losing despite being constantly told on finishing my diary for the day that I am not eating enough. Ugh.

I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of fruit too. I posted a similar post an hour ago. I am over in my sugars every day due to fruit but its not white refined sugar so I don't consider it as bad. I would love to know the answer. I have lost less than 3 lbs in a month and am getting really frustrated.
