  • I would stay away from the sit down exercises that may make you feel sticky and even more uncomfortable. I would try walking/joggins something that keeps your heart rate up and your legs moving.
  • WAIT WAIT... They have a ZUMBA for the wii? I'm going to get it at lunch if i can find it. I LOVE ZUMBA! Try smaller movements to start off. The larger the movements the more calories you burn but if you body isn't used to it..too much at once can make ya queezy
  • Glad you like it. I don't have a phone where i can use the app so i just do it at work. But i LOVE IT!
  • You can't go by what the scale says! Water can weigh you down as well. Remember a healthy weight loss is no more than 2/3 lbs per week. But go by how you feel, how your clothes feel. Also you said you were watching what you were eatting? You have to remember to watch your portions too. I'm terrible with portions. I can eat…
