This is really about changing habits with the positive results of weight loss as a benefit. I struggle with doing the right thing vs. enjoying life and food and drink. If you set your mind to meet your goal you can do this I'm certain peace db

The 'Freaks come out at night' I use mfp for it's intended purpose but never want to miss an opportunity to meet like minded people in the process peace db

Make a plan and set small goals. It works if you apply yourself and no 'cheating' ~ if it goes in your mouth record it <period> This only helps you in the long run - eat stuff and make trade offs I wish you success! doc

Like minded people should stick together for motivation. I live most of my life between the lines but I know what is on the other side! I have used this process successfully in the past and want to get back on course ~ Words of encouragement are appreciated peace d2

I suggets you just keep it real & stay healthy as you reduce I am on a slow tack form around 290 down to 250 I recently participated in an endurance event & didn't loose mass but changed shape because of the loss/burn off of body fat so I am very happy with this outcome I will now continue to work on the next 15 # and see…
