  • The 'Freaks come out at night' I use mfp for it's intended purpose but never want to miss an opportunity to meet like minded people in the process peace db
  • Make a plan and set small goals. It works if you apply yourself and no 'cheating' ~ if it goes in your mouth record it <period> This only helps you in the long run - eat stuff and make trade offs I wish you success! doc
  • Like minded people should stick together for motivation. I live most of my life between the lines but I know what is on the other side! I have used this process successfully in the past and want to get back on course ~ Words of encouragement are appreciated peace d2
  • I suggets you just keep it real & stay healthy as you reduce I am on a slow tack form around 290 down to 250 I recently participated in an endurance event & didn't loose mass but changed shape because of the loss/burn off of body fat so I am very happy with this outcome I will now continue to work on the next 15 # and see…
