I got you. I was 289 when I started on this site, 217 the day I broke my ankle and put back on 40lbs. I am in the process of going back down now that I can fight the weight with some cardio again. It isn't easy, just have to be dedicated. Trust me, this works! You need three things: motivation, dedication and will power.

I am so glad someone started this thread! As of Saturday, am have 75 miles in this month so far and I have lost almost 20 pounds. The mileage is how you make up for mistakes you make; if u give into temptation. Hot fudge sundae costs 7.5 miles, that kind of idea. :)

I started using this for real August 1, 2013. I have lost 17.6 pounds using this and exercising. This stuff works no b.s., you need to commit, and have will power.
