I was running 6 miles a day a year ago, then an injury got the best of me. I've been walking and now adding a jog here and there, but it's hard not to just run. I'm afraid If I push too fast I'll injury myself again. So for now I'm walking a ton! I did just over 21,000 steps today and over 9 miles. I'll get back to running…

I'm eating between 1000-1400 cals per day. I'm drinking about 80-100 oz of water to help keep me full. I've lost 8.2 pounds so far and have about 48 to go.

Let's do it Metcalf! Yes, when you have no interest in getting off the couch from anxiety and depression, the weight packs on so easily! I am only recently at a point where I am ready to consider coming off medication. Which is great as I thought meds would be a part of my life forever... baby steps!!!!

Sad to say I heard about these a few months ago, ordered them and never tried them. I am not an adventurous cook! When you say pan fry, did you add anything or you just rinsed any cooked them for 8 o 10 minutes?

I like that idea! I get the negativity of not being able to do a standard push up and forget to keep trying! I am going to start on my toes from now on and do what I can before going down to the knees.
