I love these replies! Very helpful to a common issue. It's difficult to find the right balance of nutrition and exercise, it's a struggle to find a consistency, some days are good and some not so good. I guess when you find something that works well for you then stick with it. Congrats on the weight loss.....stay healthy…

Hi, I had knee surgery on September 10th to replace a torn ACL and repair meniscus. I first injured my knee a year ago but had to wait this long for the surgery. I have surgery scheduled for September to reconstruct a torn ligament in my knee (ACL). So I'm working hard to gain muscle, strength and lose weight before hand because I know the rehab will be awfully long. I love aquasize! Nothing hurts in the water.

I tore my ACL back in November and have been limited with my workouts as well. So I tried aquasize and have had great success, and fun with it. I also cycle and do body weight exercises such as lunges and squats. I haven't found a DVD specific to people with knee injuries tho. Too bad, there are plenty of us. Good luck…

Great to see so many Canadians! I'm from BC interior and now enjoying life in Alberta. I've been using MFP to track my eating and exercise, I'll admit I'm hooked.
