I'm 5'2 and at 145-150 even at my highest weight of 160lbs I wore a size 10 in bottoms and I've always been a medium in shirts. Even now at 135 I'm still around size 8-9 but I do have a more hourglass figure so it pant size really does depend on how your weight it distributed

Thank you so much to everyone! @KathleenKP thank you, a lot of my friends my age thought it was weird I was even bothering to try to be healthy "so young" when their favorite hangouts were taco bell and McDonald's

When I was 160lbs I wore size 9, now at 130 I wear an 8! :O

I've read a ton of articles debunking "starvation mode". Although the authors do acknowledge that having a low-calorie diet can effect your health and metabolism negatively, most agree it will take about a year. For me, being 5'2 and 130lbs and a sedentary lifestyle, according to MFP my resting calorie burn is 1,650. Many…

Hey guys! :) I'm also restarted Jillian workouts, when I started exercising I did the 30DS - not consistently - and lost about 10 lbs, and now I'm also alternating between BFBM, NMTZ, and Killer Buns and Thighs! I'm going to TRY to workout daily to counteract most of my meals - my dad does all the grocery shopping and…

Hey! I'm 5'2 and I've lost thirty 40lbs so far (currently 130) and I want to lose about 10-15 more - or gain in muscle, beggars can't be choosers, haha Anyone can feel free to add me :)

That's my plan! I just started a new personal routine where I'm working out every other day, switching between No more trouble zones, day of rest, then bfbm, and repeat! I'm also on a calorie deficit to lose 1lb a week. I tried to start this routine last week but I got sick so today is day one all over again! I'm going to…

I've been on it for only 3 months and the only effect I've had is clearer skin. I do get major cramps but to be honest the pill did not do anything to help those, I still have to take some kind of pain reliever or I can't get out of my bed for 2 days.

I haven't been consistent with a healthy diet and exercise lately but over the summer I lost 20lbs at a 1200 calorie diet (goal set to 2lbs lose a week) and I worked out every other day. I usually did not eat my exercise calories back but if I worked out at night AFTER I reached 1200 calories, I would usually be hungry and…

Goal: 115 or gain muscle It seems like a lot of people on this thread have similar goals and starting weights so anyone can add me! When I lost weight it took…

I just got BFBM in the mail today and I watched some of it to get an idea of what i'm in for, I probably won't be able to finish it all at first either! I definitely agree that 30DS was booorrringg. I will be trying to change it up between the 3 I have as well. It does seem like you have to do a lot of other things with…

Food and calories are one of the biggest reasons concerning the stop of weight loss. Make sure your eating at the correct deficit for your CURRENT weight and avoid foods high in carbs - as you mentioned - and fat. ZERO processed and fast foods. I actually would not recommend eating back the calories you've burned, at least…

I didn't use till because I would feel really gross, but now I suck it up and it actually helps alleviate cramps immensely, I used to get them severely to the point I would just lay down all day till it stopped but now I barely have any if I stay active.

My last straw happened last year when I was 17 (18 now) and I realized I had stretch marks on every area you can pretty much get'em, and I wasn't even that over weight. I started working out because I figured if I'm really fit and healthy the fact that I have them won't make me as self-conscious as having them overweight.…
