  • I've completed the program and am now training for a half marathon. When your training gets difficult, just keep plugging through and remember that its only for a half hour...you can do it!!!

  • I was having the same problem. I'd heard positive things about calorie zig-zagging but hadn't ever tried it. I was recommened a website: freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm , so I tried it last week and I lost 3 lbs!! Give it a shot, maybe it will work for you too!! Good luck!
  • I do the P90X version of plyo, it's definitely an intense workout!!! I hear you can burn upwards of 1000 calories/hr. To figure out my calorie burn I went to healthdiscovery.net and used the calorie burn calculator to figure out how much I burn. It doesn't list plyo, but I just used "aerobics, step, intense" catagory.…
  • Thanks for the info!! I've checked out the website and I've now got a plan! I've been trying to stay at about 1200 calories/day and I haven't been deviating from it too much. I'm going to give this a try and see how it goes!!!

  • You should definitely try to switch up your workout. Your body is getting used to what you've been doing...try some kickboxing or lifing some weights.
