Hi! I find that drinking water before and during your meals helps. Maybe try and eat healthy snacks in between Hope this helps :)

Hi, I have just started and very new to this and have not had any communication with anybody yet :( I have 25 lbs to lose and could do with some friends for motivation! But week 2 is filled with helathy food and 4 bootcamp sessions :)

This is my first week too! I have not seen any progress yet, but I am finding drinking water and snacking on healthy foods which i only allow if I halve my large meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Also excercising everyday has made me less hungry, which seems a little bizarre :)
