I made these this morning: 1 8oz pkg cream cheese 1 egg 1/4 cup splenda splash of vanilla Preheat oven to 400. Soften cream cheese. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fill 6 muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes. Just ate one warm and loved it!

I am 5'7". I weighed about 140-145 before I quit smoking in September 2010. The weight came on quickly and I have been struggling with trying to lose it since January. I fill up a 64 oz container with ice water in the morning. I try to complete it by the end of my work day. 1 "glass" water equals 8 oz. , so if you drink bottled water, 2 20oz bottles is equal to 5 glasses of water. Hope this is helpful. I do find I feel better when I drink my water.

Great idea! Hope this keeps me accountable. 1. 64 ounces of water 2. keep diary and stay under calorie goal. 3. A nice brisk 30 minute walk.
