I add the exercise but don't eat the extra calories. I look at them like a cushion for any possible errors....or just a bonus for extra loss.

That's why I just weigh one time a week.....a women's weight just fluctuates. That's how we are... Just keep plugging and note how much you lost already. Great job ...

That's awesome and great willpower that you can indulge just one item, one day or one meal. I do that and I go off the deep end and take several days to get back into rhythem.

I, personally, don't have any tips but my eldest son at 34 has gone vegan along with his wife. My son is extremely thin anyway but his wife has lost about 20 pounds. There trying to convert me and I have given it some thought. What a total change............no dairy, meat and everything else organic. Good Luck.

Great post! A friend told me about this website and I think it's easier than Weight Watchers. What I love best is that it calculates cholesterol and really makes me aware of what I am eating. You can better control and makes changes to suit your personal needs.

That was me.! I rarely weigh myself now. I will make an effort this Sunday. I am so afraid of not seeing a lose that I don't want to set myself up for failure.
