I wear push up bra's every day... I do need them if I want some lift. Padded bras are different they make them look larger and sometime unnatural although a push up bra just lifts them up so they are more appealing in clothing!

Yup thats fine..give it a few hours before you sleep and it wont bother you... I wouldnt suggest eating a heavy meal but I mean if its a decent small meal your completely fine!!

As long as there are a few hours (3-4) before you go to sleep its fine! Drink water after you eat. Yeah thats fine, it only get bad when your eating right before you go to bed or if you wake up for midnight snack and go back to sleep.

It is still sugar; some fruit is okay but you just have to be careful with the portions; I know strawberries are difficult because they have quite a bit of sugar. Fruit is good for you in moderations. Vegetables are quite a bit easier.

my best advice would be to keep your heartrate up while your lifting.. I like that you got 5lb weights because you dont want to build muscle on top of fat... YES! I use it everyday for lunch with different type of seasoning. I make a plate of chicken and veggies in less then 1o minutes! Easy clean up too.. Its my baby; im so serious... my bf loves it to we both use it haha

thats weird.. i thought you were not suppose too eat those because that is what you are burning?? You wouldnt want to eat those calories I think they are just available to you if you are maintaining weight, if you want to lose weight you would not want to eat those!

It is a good workout!! With the wii you really have to work hard to actually burn the calories it says you are burning. Eating is 80%...between the wii and healthy eating, yes you will definitely see results! 80% eating 10% working out 10% genetics

always consider that it could be muscle or waterweight...make sure your weighing yourself when you get up in the morning not at night and try taking your body fat percentage every month or 2 and see if it is decreasing that will show you what your losing (or try measuring yourself)... dont get discouraged or jealous…
